Care Instructions For The Healing Pad
Before integrating the Certified Healing Pad for the first time, it is recommended to expose the instrument to natural UV light (daylight) for several hours. This protocol facilitates a systemic "self-cleaning" of the internal crystal structure while simultaneously renewing and recharging its resonance.
Care & Maintenance Protocols
I. The Outer Protective Fabric Cover
✅ Machine Wash: Delicate cycle at 30°C (86°F). We recommend using a delicate wash bag.
✅ Handwash: Use water at 30°C (86°F).
✅ Drying: Drip dry only—do not squeeze or wring the fabric.
✅ Ironing: Use a cool setting (Maximum 110°C / 230°F).
✅ Preparation: Ensure the zipper is fully closed before washing.
❌ Do Not Bleach
❌ Do Not Tumble Dry
❌ Do Not Dry Clean
II. The Plush Felt Healing Pad Insert (The Core Instrument)
Structural Integrity: The Healing Pad should NOT be folded. To transport or store it, either keep it flat or roll it up gently.
✅ Surface Care: Shake out, brush dry, or vacuum using very low suction power.
❌ Do Not Wash: Never clean the insert with water or liquids.
❌ Do Not Tumble Dry
❌ Do Not Iron
III. UV Calibration & Recharge
Protocol: Expose the Healing Pad to natural UV light (daylight) for several hours upon its initial arrival and once per week thereafter.
Effect: This facilitates the self-cleaning of the internal crystal structure while renewing, recharging, and reactivating its resonance.
Note: Direct sunlight is not required but will not harm the instrument. You do not need to remove the insert from the protective cover for this process.
Warranty & Lifecycle
🟢 Lifetime Guarantee: Provided the plush felt insert is not mechanically damaged or folded, there is a Lifetime Warranty on the systemic effects of the crystal structure.
🟢 Cover Replacement: The outer protective fabric cover is a textile component that will wear naturally over time. Replacements may be ordered at the owner's expense.
