Before using your Certified Healing Pad for the first time, we recommend letting it rest in natural daylight for several hours. This simple step allows the internal crystal structure to clear and refresh itself, renewing and recharging its natural energy.
Caring for Your Healing Pad
I. The Protective Fabric Cover
✅ Machine Wash: Delicate cycle at 30°C (86°F). For the best protection in a machine, we suggest using a mesh wash bag.
✅ Handwash: Use water at 30°C (86°F).
✅ Drying: Drip dry only—do not squeeze or wring the fabric.
✅ Ironing: Use a cool setting (Maximum 110°C / 230°F).
✅ Preparation: Ensure the zipper is fully closed before washing.

II. The Healing Pad Insert (The Heart of the Pad)
❌ Handling: To protect the crystal structure, do not fold the pad. When transporting or storing it, please keep it flat or roll it up gently.
✅ Surface Care: To clean, simply shake it out, brush it dry, or use a vacuum on very low suction power.
❌ Do Not Wash: Never clean the insert with water or liquids.

III. Refreshing the Energy
To keep the pad at its most effective, let it sit in natural daylight for several hours when it first arrives, and once a week thereafter.
This process clears the internal crystals while renewing and reactivating their gentle energy. You do not need to remove the insert from the cover, and while direct sunlight is not required, it will not harm the pad.
IV. Warranty & Longevity
